Danny Thomas is prompt, friendly, and thorough. He provided us with a 77 page PDF detailing with descriptions and photos everything he found. After he finished each major section of the house, he briefly reviewed the most pertinent information he gathered from the house in that section. He will be our go to inspector for now on. I know of two more houses I'll be calling him about soon. Thanks so much, Danny.

I hired Danny to inspect a home as part of a real estate transaction. I live states away from the property but Danny helped me to feel as though I was on site. He was super friendly, knowledgable and eager to answer the many questions that I had. Danny responded to my request for a quote within minutes, worked me into his schedule quickly and was very thorough during the inspection which was attended on my behalf by a family member. The inspection report was very detailed with great photos...all of this at a super reasonable rate. I can't say enough good things about Danny Thomas. While the gentleman who completed the inspection was very personable, I can't help feeling that he lacked the experience and knowledge base that would have made me more comfortable with his report. I base this assessment on comments he made during the inspection and the fact that several basic things were overlooked in his report and discovered AFTER purchasing and subsequently needed to be addressed.
